In a blender cup, add:
- 1 large handful of spinach, kale or mixed smoothie greens
- ½ banana, frozen
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ cup collagen powder (20 grams protein!)
- ½ cup plain, low-fat kefir
Blend and add water until desired consistency is reached!
