Erectile Dysfunction
Is a Vascular Warning.
Don't Ignore It.

The vascular prevention program that addresses the root cause.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) isn't just a sexual health issue. It's a warning sign from your arteries. Men with erectile dysfunction are 3 to 5 years away from a cardiac event on average. The BaleDoneen Method® finds and treats the vascular damage driving both, before it becomes something worse.

    The Hard Truth

ED Is Not a Lifestyle Issue. It's a Clinical Warning Light.

The arteries involved in ED are smaller than coronary arteries symptoms appear years before a heart attack or stroke. That window is your opportunity. Here's what the data says.

    The window before something worse
    3 - 5
    years

ED typically precedes a major cardiovascular event by 3 to 5 years. Address it now, and that event can be prevented.

Why Standard Care is Not Enough

ED affects over 30 million American men — and it's one of the earliest warning signs of cardiovascular disease. Standard care treats the symptom. We find the cause before it becomes a heart attack or stroke.

    Standard Medical Care

    • Treats ED as an isolated sexual health issue
    • Prescribes medication without investigating root cause
    • Misses the underlying vascular damage driving ED
    • Ignores ED as a 3–5 year warning sign for cardiac events
    Proven Science

    The BaleDoneen Method®

    • Treats ED as the cardiovascular warning sign it is
    • Advanced vascular & inflammatory testing to find root cause
    • Addresses arterial disease before it becomes a cardiac event
    • Designed to prevent a heart attack or stroke from EVER occurring
ED is a warning sign. Don't ignore it.

The BaleDoneen Method® finds the vascular damage behind your ED — and stops the heart attack or stroke it's predicting.

    The BaleDoneen Path to Prevention

Most ED has a vascular cause — the same arterial inflammation that drives heart attacks and strokes. The BaleDoneen Method® is medically proven to find and treat that root cause, stopping the damage before it becomes a cardiac event — and often improving ED in the process.

    1

    Advanced Lab Testing

We go beyond basic labs to evaluate inflammation, genetics, and hidden arterial plaque activity — the vascular damage that underlies most ED and signals much bigger cardiovascular risk ahead.

    2

    Expert Clinical Review

Meet 1-on-1 with a BaleDoneen Method® provider via telehealth to review your results. We explain what is happening in your vasculature and what it means for your heart — and your health overall.

    Patient & Physician Voices

What Patients and Physicians Are Saying

The BaleDoneen Method finds and treats the vascular root cause — so you protect your heart and your quality of life.

"I spent 30 years fighting fires. In 2018, I needed three stents. In 2023, after a normal stress test, I had a heart attack and needed three more. Six stents and I still did not feel protected. The BaleDoneen Method changed that. They focused on the root cause, not just the symptoms. I have had a heart attack, and I am not having another."

"These doctors are doing God's work. Instead of treating the disease, they are focused on preventing the disease in the first place. Highly recommend!"

    Got Questions?

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before taking the first step toward addressing your vascular health.

    Do you accept insurance?+

We do not accept insurance. The BaleDoneen Method® is a direct pay, concierge level service. This allows us to spend the time your health truly requires instead of the limited appointment window most insurance plans reimburse. Many patients find that the cost of prevention is far less than the cost of years of symptomatic treatment that never addresses the underlying cause.

How is this different from seeing a urologist or my primary care doctor?+

Most urologists and primary care doctors treat ED as an isolated condition — typically with medication. The BaleDoneen Method® treats ED as what the research shows it is: a warning sign of arterial disease that precedes cardiac events by 3 to 5 years on average. We go upstream, identifying and treating the vascular inflammation driving both the ED and the cardiovascular risk it signals, before a heart attack or stroke occurs.

    How much does it cost?+

    Starting Your Journey:
Your first visit includes a deep-dive Initial Assessment ($920) plus your foundational Lab Panel ($405), totaling $1,325 to establish your baseline health.
    Continuing Your Path:
To maintain your results and adjust your roadmap, choose the care plan that fits your lifestyle: Paid in Full ($2,700 per year), Subscription ($250 per month).

Who is a good candidate for this program?+

Any man experiencing ED who also wants to understand and protect his cardiovascular health is a strong candidate. This is especially important for men over 40, those with diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, men with a family history of heart disease or stroke, or anyone who has been prescribed ED medication without any investigation into why it is happening.

How long does the process take?+

The initial process includes advanced testing, clinical review, and development of your personalized plan. This typically takes a few weeks from start to finish. Ongoing care is structured around regular check ins and updated testing as needed. This is a long term relationship built around keeping your risk of an event extremely low.
