In a blender cup, add: 

  • 1 large handful of spinach, kale or mixed smoothie greens 
  • ½ banana, frozen 
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks 
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • ¼ cup collagen powder (20 grams protein!) 
  • ½ cup plain, low-fat kefir 

Blend and add water until desired consistency is reached!
