Dr. Bradley Bale is a pioneering specialist in the prevention of heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes. He co-founded the BaleDoneen Method® in 2001. This personalized approach to cardiovascular risk assessment and management has proven that arterial disease can be halted and even reversed. Their groundbreaking research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Atherosclerosis, Postgraduate Medicine, and the Journal of Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Bale’s dedication to evidence-based cardiovascular prevention has made the BaleDoneen Method® a cornerstone in proactive heart health management.

Dr. Bale currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at Washington State University College of Medicine. His academic involvement extends to his roles as an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and an Adjunct Professor at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Nursing. In addition to his teaching commitments, Dr. Bale is the Medical Director of the Heart Health Program at Grace Clinic in Lubbock, Texas, and operates a private practice in Gallatin, Tennessee. His work focuses on early detection and intervention, aiming to prevent cardiovascular events before they happen.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Lawrence University, earned in 1970, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1974. Following his medical degree, he completed his internship at Spokane Teaching Health Center from 1974 to 1975. His commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence is evident through his ongoing contributions to medical literature and patient care.

Dr. Bale is also a distinguished author, co-writing two nationally best-selling books: Beat the Heart Attack Gene (2014) and Healthy Heart, Healthy Brain (2022). His most recent book, Healthy Heart, Healthy Brain, received both the Gold Nautilus Book Award and the ASJA June Roth Memorial Award for Outstanding Medical Book in 2023. These works emphasize the critical connection between arterial health and overall well-being, extending his preventive strategies to brain health and cognitive function.

A sought-after speaker, Dr. Bale has delivered over 600 lectures across the United States, Canada, and Europe. BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Bradley F. Bale is a heart attack and stroke prevention specialist. He is the co-founder of the BaleDoneen Method for heart attack and stroke prevention. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor WSU College of Medicine, Assistant Professor University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and Adjunct Professor School of Nursing, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. He runs a clinical practice from his home in Gallatin, TN. Dr. Bale is the co-author of numerous publications in peer reviewed medical journals and other medical publications. He is the co-author of Beat the Heart Attack Gene (2014). He has given CME’s throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He has appeared on a number of national television programs and interviewed by hundreds of local newspapers, radio stations and television stations. He has served as a consultant to hospitals, clinics, and medical technology companies.
