BDM Preceptorship November 2026: Virtual Live Stream
Save the Dates: November 13-14, 2026
The BaleDoneen Method® Preceptorship is a two-day virtual live stream course that teaches healthcare providers the clinical principles and tools used in the BaleDoneen Method. The course focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of vascular inflammation and helping prevent heart attacks, ischemic strokes, type 2 diabetes, dementia, and other chronic conditions.
The interactive course includes clinical education, case presentations, Q&A, panel discussions, and instruction from BaleDoneen Method experts. Topics include the six core elements of the BaleDoneen Method, Red Flags, Event Reality, disease identification, inflammation, root causes of vascular inflammation, optimal goals, and genetics.
Medical and dental providers will leave the course with clinical tools and information they can apply in practice. The course is open to healthcare providers across specialties, including MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, PharmDs, and dental professionals interested in cardiovascular and systemic disease prevention.
The BaleDoneen Method® was co-founded by Bradley Bale, MD, and Amy Doneen, DNP, ARNP, to help prevent heart attacks, ischemic strokes, and type 2 diabetes through early disease detection and individualized care.
Optimal Care
There are six basic elements to the BaleDoneen Method:
- Education of the patient
- Disease evaluation
- Fire/Inflammation
- Root causes of disease
- Optimal goals to minimize risk
- Genetics
The BaleDoneen Method challenges the current standard of care by proposing a disease treatment paradigm rather than a risk factor paradigm. The disease treatment paradigm is founded on the discovery of whether plaque is present in the arterial bed, which indicates that the patient is at risk for heart attack, ischemic stroke or diabetes and must be properly treated. The BaleDoneen Method operates on the presumption that these three health care issues are preventable.
