Enroll in the BaleDoneen Telemed Program
- Once you understand your risk, the next step is action. Connect with one of our licensed providers trained in the BaleDoneen Method to assess your arterial health and develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique biology and lifestyle. Your BaleDoneen provider will determine known issues and guide you on a path to arterial health.
You will receive a series of lab tests to determine your risk and root causes (lab results take roughly 2 weeks).
- A lab order will be emailed to you from your BaleDoneen provider including a link to determine the nearest testing facility
- You will schedule a lab appointment or simply “walk-in” to complete the lab testing
- Genetic testing is accomplished with an “at home” test kit with intuitive instructions. This will be mailed to you!
- Once the lab results have been received, you will be notified to schedule a virtual consultation with your BaleDoneen Telemed provider
- During the consultation, you will review results and determine an appropriate treatment plan.
- From there, you can decide whether to continue with ongoing care!
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll ask you for health history information. Fill out what you know and we’ll discuss the rest. In addition, we’ll gather credit card information to bill $1184.00, which includes:
- Initial Assessment: $799.00
- Lab Fees: $385.00 (cash price)
