Amy Doneen, DNP, ARNP

An international leader in the prevention of heart attacks, strokes and diabetes, Amy L Doneen, DNP, ARNP is one of the most influential names in cardiology.[i] She is the cofounder and a principal instructor in the BaleDoneen Method, practiced by hundreds of clinicians around the world. This genetically guided, precision-medicine approach to the prevention, detection and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD) has been shown in two recent peer-reviewed studies to halt, stabilize and even reverse CVD, helping people avoid heart attacks and strokes, even if they have already suffered one or more of these events.[ii],[iii]

Dr. Doneen is the owner and medical director of The Heart Attack & Stroke Prevention Center (HASPC) in Spokane, Washington, a highly sought private clinical practice that serves patients from all over the world using the BaleDoneen Method. Founded in 2003, HASPC was one of the first facilities of its kind in the United States to offer its patients a written guarantee of arterial wellness,[iv] stating that if they suffer a heart attack or stroke, they will get a refund of all fees paid that year.

Dr. Doneen holds professorships at the Washington State University School of Medicine, University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and Texas Tech University Health Science Center. She has published her research in many leading medical journals, including the American Heart Association’s Circulation, Atherosclerosis, the official journal of the European Atherosclerosis Society, Postgraduate Medicine, Journal of the National Medical Association, Journal of Clinical Lipidology, Archives of Medical Science, The International Journal of Nursing & Clinical Practices, Journal of Clinical & Experimental Cardiology, and Physician’s Weekly. She is also the co-author of the best-selling book, Beat The Heart Attack Gene: The Revolutionary Plan to Prevent Heart Disease, Stroke, and Diabetes (John Wiley and Sons), available in hardcover, paperback, audio and e-book formats from Amazon and other booksellers.

Since 2002, she has given nearly 1,000 lectures, presentations and keynote speeches to leading medical, dental, nursing and healthcare groups in the U.S. and abroad, including AAOSH, American Academy of Physiological Medicine & Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Heart Association, American Osteopathic Association, Cleveland HeartLab, MDVIP, International Atherosclerotic Society and the European Atherosclerosis Society. Dr. Doneen has served on many advisory boards and as a consultant to Cleveland HeartLab and MyGenetx.

Dr. Bradley Bale is one of the nation’s leading specialists in preventing heart attacks, stroke and diabetes. Since 2001, he’s given numerous presentations to medical and dental groups in the US and abroad.

This personalized approach of CV risk assessment and management evolved to an effectiveness level sufficient to allow them to attach a ‘guarantee’ to their clinical practices.

Their research on CVD prevention has been published in such respected medical journals as Atherosclerosis, Post Graduate Medicine, Journal of the National Medical Association, Journal of Clinical Lipidology, Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine, Physician’s Weekly, Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Cardiology, Archives of Medical Science, Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing and ADVANCE for Healthy Aging.
